Buying swimwear online isn't easy, but neither is going to store after store, only to find they are not properly stocked. Our returns policy is designed to save you that headache.
If for any reason you would like a refund or exchange, just notify us of your intention, within 7 days of arrival. Within that time, try it on, but don't use it, and don't remove tags or any sanitary lining.
We recommend a very tight fit, which, with our shape-control fabric, could mean a very tight squeeze to get in.
In satisfying yourself with the fit, check the buttocks seams are not gaping and that the front leg and neck seams lie flat. Make sure you are satisfied with any pinch points, for example where under-arm or hip seams cross over your flesh.
We will cover the cost of posting replacements. We will also compensate you for the cost of return things to us, with store credit as follows: AUD$10 if you are mailing from within Australia, or; AUD$20 if you are mailing from overseas. Send us the tracking number and include your name on the envelope, to limit loss or confusion.
Some customers requesting bespoke pieces, may forfeit their right to a refund for changing their mind. Rest assured though, that before your payment is accepted and before the fabric for your swimsuit is cut, you will be fully informed of this limitation.
